The focus of an experience with Mr. Hal Walker is to discover the music that is within each us… the music that we carry with us wherever we go.  With 12 years of experience as the Ohio Arts Council’s resident “pied-piper,” Hal Walker has a natural ability to engage children in music.  With a subtle force, he brings a musical breath of fresh air into the school environment and puts musical skills into the pockets of children.
